You can only find rockhopper if he is pulled into port at Clubpenguin. AND NO FOR YOU UBNOCTIOS PENGUINS YOU CANNOT BE HIS BUDDY (You can ignore him though)! But you can get something cool if you click on the wink face!This is what his card looks like!
RH (Rockhopper) goes everywhere. People think Rockhopper is some robot well HE’S NOT! He’s a real person working for club penguin! He could be on clubpenguin he could be off. This is random though! There is no schedule. Rockhopper is really awsome once you meet him people ask him questions HE ANSWERS THEM! Good Luck finding Rockhopper!
